Dodgers troll Padres via Twitter after bench-clearing brawl





Fresh off participating in one of baseball’s biggest bench-clearing rumbles of late, the Dodgers quickly took to Twitter to troll the Padres.
Shortly after Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke had his left collarbone broken by a charging Carlos Quentin, the team’s Twitter account complimented Greinke for taking Quentin’s hit “like a middle linebacker.” The tweet has since been removed.
The Dodgers kept followers updated with post-incident quotes, then let Will Farrell’s signature line from Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy set the tone for the teams’ social media departments anticipating the Padres visit to Dodger Stadium on Monday:
