The Oakland Raiders have announced that Reggie McKenzie will become the team’s next general manager, the Raiders announced Tuesday.

Drafted by Oakland in 1985, McKenzie stayed with the team until ’88. He has worked in the Green Bay Packers’ front office since 1994.

McKenzie will become the first general manager of the Raiders since Al Davis was hired as head coach and GM in 1963,
