The NBA released its schedule for the 2012-13 season on Thursday, and there should be no surprise which teams have the most national TV appearances.
The Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder, last season’s finalists, will be on ESPN, TNT and ABC a total of 25 times each.
Opening night is Tuesday, Oct. 30, and features three games: Wizards-Cavaliers, Celtics-Heat and Mavericks-Lakers, the latter two on TNT.
The league’s showcase date, Christmas Day, will again include five games: Celtics-Nets (ESPN), Knicks-Lakers (ABC), Thunder-Heat (ABC), Rockets-Bulls (ESPN) and Nuggets-Clippers (ESPN).
