University of Wisconsin student has alleged that former senior associate athletic director John Chadima grabbed his crotch during a trip to the Rose Bowl, reports the Associated Press. According to an independent study released by the School Tuesday, the incident occurred at an “alcohol-fueled party.”

“I make no excuses and have come to the realization that over the past few months, alcohol had controlled and consumed my life,” Chadima said in a statement released by his attorney Tuesday. “I am taking steps to correct that problem in my life at this time. I will take full responsibility for my lack of judgment and actions that evening.”

Chadima was placed on an administrative leave on Jan. 6 and resigned later that day. The school has officially released the findings of the 23 person independent investigation today.
