University of Washington wide receiver Damore’ea Stringfellow and an another unidentified player are reportedly being investigated by Washington police for an alleged assault near campus in the hours following the Super Bowl last Sunday evening.

According to the report from Henry Rosoff of local news outlet KIRO TV, a white car pulled up behind the alleged victim of the assault — a male walking along the sidewalk near the campus — and the two men in the car reportedly got out and asked the man if he was a Seahawks fan before beating him with “multiple punches” to his “left eye, chin and cheek.” The two alleged perpetrators of the assault then hopped back into the car and drove away, according to the report.

The alleged victim then reportedly searched the school’s football roster and identified the two players he says attacked him. A Seattle police spokesman would not confirm the identity of those being investigated, only to say that they are investigating players on the Huskies football team and have made no arrests so far, according to the report. According to Adam Jude of The Seattle Times, Washington officials did not return calls for a comment on the investigation.

Stringfellow appeared in eight games for the Huskies last season, catching 20 passes for 259 yards and one touchdown.

Also, according to the Seattle Times, Cyler Miles was suspended from the team with Damore’ea Stringfellow.  Miles is (was?) expected to be the starting QB for next year's squad.

Says old white guy:  Look at people who are different than me.  They are stupid.  Why can't they be more like me, shouldn't everyone be normal?  I should post this on the internet, that will help them realize how stupid they are.  Hey look at me, I'm posting on the internet!  I'll steal a photo of another old white man who I can identify with--still can't spell his name, though--and I will post on the internet!  Look at me!
