The loss of Ginobili adds to a string of Spurs injuries including Danny Green (hand), Kawhi Leonard (hand) and Tiago Splitter (shoulder). Boris Diaw, Cory Joseph and Patty Mills have seen additional minutes in Ginobili’s absence.
