Although his name has been linked in rumors, Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak says he has no interest in the Penn State job.

The Penn State job is not vacant, but Nittany Lions coach Bill O’ Brien’s name has been linked to the NFL jobs that are expected to be open at season’s end.

“I did not reach out to anybody, and nobody did on my behalf. And I don’t have an agent,” he said to the Tennesseean. “They have a coach there, and I have a job here. So it’s just not true. I don’t think there is any merit to any of the three of us, I’m sure.”

Munchak is 21-26 in three seasons as the Titans head coach, including 6-9 this season.

“I am fighting for this job, to make it work,” Munchak said. “I am not looking for another job, and no one is looking on my behalf. I don’t know where (media) comes up with that kind of stuff.”

That's good because Penn St. has no interest in this loser.
