New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz will not play in Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions, the team announced Thursday.

Cruz suffered a concussion and sprained knee when he went up to grab a pass from quarterback Eli Manning and landed on his head in the team’s 23-0 home loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

He finished with two catches for 25 yards in the game and has not practiced this week because of the injuries.

Even more interceptions for Eli. Completely lost season. Sigh.
