The Miami Dolphins have reached an agreement with guard Richie Incognito that will keep the embattled lineman suspended with pay for the remainder of the season.

Incognito was suspended without pay for four weeks, currently the maximum allowed. Since then, he has received a paycheck but has not been allowed to be a part of any team activities.

The NFL has launched an investigation into Incognito’s role in the bullying of fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin, but lead investigator Ted Wells is unlikely to finish the report before the end of the year.

Cool

paying him to stay out of the locker room is the best thing they could do.. look how good they do without him disrupting the team.

Jonathan Martin = scum of the earth

He is a disgrace to the game. He should never be allowed on a football field again. How can the NFL expect us to take them seriously with 'men' like this in the league.

So, he feels up a woman with a golf club, then hounds a teammate off the team...and gets paid for it.

And no one will convince me what a great guy he is because "his teammates are behind him."  Bullies often create cults, whose members are so ashamed to admit their bad judgment that they say they're behind the guy.

Funny, though, how the Dolphins started winning when Incognito left?  (One could argue that Martin left, too, but he's not the one who's gotten kicked off almost every college or pro team he's been on -- that's Richie I.)

All I know is the Dolphins had some part of this and knew what was going on. The guy is crazy and reckless but he has strong support from players he has played with and quite a few coaches. He gets paid because I believe Miami was WAY more involved in this than they are even stating....

@MidwestGolfFan   Nah he's just like the majority of low IQ pro athletes out there.  Now he is the fall guy for them!
