Broncos’ Wes Welker out with concussion
Denver Broncos’ wide receiver Wes Welker is out with a concussion, according to Benjamin Hochman of the Denver Post.
Welker looked dazed after taking a hit to the head late in the second quarter from Tennessee Titans’ safety George Wilson. The team announced that Welker would not return with a concussion during halftime
Shortly after Welker’s injury, the Broncos closed the Titans lead to one point on a record breaking 64 yard field goal from Matt Prater.
The Broncos’ next game is on Thursday night, and it is unlikely he will clear the league’s concussion protocols before then.

Wes Welker very shaken up with what appears to be a head or neck injury. If it's a concussion, they have a game Thursday. Would be longshot—
