Dallas Mavericks forward Vince Carter has had enough of Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard complaining to the officials.

In fact, he let Howard know about it during the second quarter of the Mavericks’ 123-120 victory over the Rockets last night.

According to ESPN.com, Carter interrupted Howard’s discussion with an official and repeatedly told Howard that he was “the biggest crybaby I know.”

“All the time,” Carter said of Howard’s whining to officials. “He always talks about how I’m a crybaby. I was like, ‘Yo, you’re the biggest crybaby I know.’ And then later, he’s like, ‘Yo, why’d you say that to me?’ But I know Dwight. It’s all good, but he is [a crybaby].”

DOLLINGER: From bad to ugly: Knicks, Nets nearing bottom

Carter, who scored nine points, had five rebounds and five assists in the victory, still maintained they were friends.

“I mean, he takes a lot of punishment, but I’m like, ‘Yo, c’mon Dwight, c’mon. You elbowed, you’re sitting in the paint the entire time. What are you whining about?’ He told me to stop crying. I was like, ‘What? Are you serious?’”

Vince Cater still plays? In the NBA?

The thought of Vince Carter having the nerve to call someone else a cry baby is so laughable, I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.  The guy spent his prime years writhing on the floor of the ACC arena.  Comical.

The nba is filled with crybabies! They whine about every foul against them or cry about every perceived foul they don't get. Just wait until Kobe comes back, the whine factor will go up exponentially!

methinks Miss Howard has too much estrogen in her veins.

I think its pretty funny VC is calling someone else a crybaby when hes been a big crybaby for much of his career.  But for a betting system that is always accurate, look to sportsbettingstar . com.

Aw, somebody's sad the most prized free agent didn't pick his team :(

(tho Dwight really is a huge crybaby, and I'm one of his last remaining fans)

Maybe in the nba but in the NFL the award goes to Aaron Rodgers and his blob of a coach McCarthy.

He embodies the new generation of athlete.  Coddled and babied to the point of  it is everyone else's fault they don't succeed.  Pampered little she-males.

I'm not sure if Howard is the biggest crybaby, but he certainly is one of the most selfish. It simple all HAS to be about him. He's more of an embarrassment every year.

I was so happy to see the Mavericks beat that crappy team from Houston.  Harden looked so stupid there at the end of the game!!!!

When one of the most selfish wastes of talent in basketball history questions your heart, you've got problems.

@BradLuna For Kobe, LeBron, ... being a crybaby is an entitlement of their self perceived greatness.

@PatriotNut1975 As someone who had to watch VC sit on the floor whining after a missed lay-up while the Nets ran back on Defense, 4 on 5, I COULDN'T AGREE MORE.

@M20 If Dwight Howard was the most prized free agent, then it was a weak year in free agency.

No kidding. Just like he handed it to Kareem when Philly finally got a top center to challenge him. Sixers swept and Moses was unstoppable. Kareem and Bill Laimbeer were king of the whiners in their day

@Udaho He won't cause daddy says he's the best. He's had access to b/c of team(Kareem,Hakeem) or coach(Ewing) some of the best c's around, but won't listen to anyone.

@amick44 That's true, Moses Malone was beast during that time.  There weren't too many who could handle him and he was an offensive rebounding machine.  He went after the ball like it was a bucket of chicken.  Yes, I said a bucket of chicken lol!  I would take Kareem Abdul Jabbar and/or Bill Laimbeer over Dwight Howard.  I was never really a huge fan of Shaq's but Dwight Howard is making miss him! How long oh lord!
