The NFL Players Association is looking into Dolphins guard Richie Incognito’s role in the alleged bullying that lead to Jonathan Martin leaving the team, sources tell ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen.

Tackle Jonathan Martin left the team Monday after a teasing incident in the team dining room escalated and Martin walked out of the Dolphins’ training facility.

The NFLPA investigation has been underway since the incident came to light. It is believed they have multiple sources pointing to Incognito as one of the perpetrators of the bullying that is said to have gone on since Martin joined the team in 2012.

Incognito was issued a trespass warning this summer after an altercation with a bouncer in a Miami Beach nightclub. He has been with the Dolphins since the 2010 season.

Incognito...aint,

That's like a big fat guy called 'Tiny'....or is that too soon considering the basis of this story?
