Chris Duhon was intentionally struck by a car after he and the driver got into an argument in a parking garage, according to MyFoxOrlando.com.

Duhon, who is currently a free agent, was walking through the parking garage with his brother-in-law on Saturday night when a man in a black Lexus honked at the pair and told them to move and then got out of the car to argue with Duhon. After the two men were separated, the incident escalated:

As Duhon and [brother-in-law Julio] Hernandez got about twenty feet away from the Lexus, Hernandez told police the driver accelerated towards them. Hernandez said he was able to get out of the way, but Duhon was hit.

Duhon hit his head on the windshield, and the driver sped off. Police spoke with the former Magic point guard, who said he had no memory of the incident, but would like to press charges if the man is found.

The 9-year veteran was able to walk out of the hospital on his own later Saturday night.

So they were walking in the middle of the road as if they owned it.  Not to sound racist but black people do this all the time; I have had to honk to get them to move out of the way.

Eh...I'll bet there's more to this story.......People usually don't act in an agressive manner toward you unless you've done something to escalate the situation.

I am betting $20 that Duhon and his in law was walking through the middle of the garage not giving a fuck that the guy in the Lexus was trying to get out and push came to shove.

@c000868 you failed. you sounded racist. Basically any statement that starts with "not to sound racist" is 100% guaranteed to make you sound racist.

@c000868 Although I would never condone hitting people with a car... you are right.

@c000868 Also, if you actually read the article, he was in a parking garage.  Even if it wasn't, if you assume (because he's black) he must have been walking down the middle of the road for no good reason, that's pretty blatant racism.

@MrArlington Push came to hitting someone with a car?  You and the three people that liked this aren't too bright....
