Charges against Florida linebacker Antonio Morrison, who was arrested after “barking” at a police dog this weekend, are expected to be dismissed, reports Dan Wolken of USA TODAY Sports.

Morrison was originally slapped with two misdemeanor charges: resisting arrest without violence and harassing the on-duty animal. Dashboard video of his arrest can be found here.

Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp announced a suspension of at least two games for Morrison, who was previously arrested and charged with assault at a nightclub in June.

A sophomore, Morrison is slated to be the team’s starting middle linebacker.

charges dismissed?! arrest never should have happened. the cops definitely became control obsessed. testosterone levels way too high. why warn someone when you can arrest them?  morrison must have interrupted the cops' donut break.
