The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed Vezina Trophy-winning goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky to a new two-year deal, the team announced on Monday. He will be paid $6 million a year, according to reports.

Bobrovsky, 24, went 21-11-6 with a .932 save percentage last season. He had a goals against average of 2.00. Columbus fell one point short of a playoff bid last season.

The Russian goaltender was traded to Columbus by the Flyers last summer after playing in 83 games over two seasons with Philadelphia.
