Report: Clippers reach out to Celtics to renew trade talks
Just when you thought the long-running Clippers-Celtics coach/trade saga was over, the Clippers have reached out to the Celtics again league sources told Yahoo! Sports Adrian Wojnarowski.
The previous salvo of trade reports had the teams discussing a deal that would send Celtics coach Doc Rivers and veteran Kevin Garnett to the Clippers for DeAndre Jordan and first-round picks. Other versions had talks ending when the Clippers ‘refused to budge’ on Boston’s attempt to land Jordan for Garnett and two first-round draft picks.
Bill Simmons of ESPN.com tweeted that Clippers guard Chris Paul is the catalyst for his team attempting to resume talks.

FYI: Chris Paul got involved in this Clips-Celts debacle, that's why they are talking again. Clips cannot risk CP being unhappy on July 1st.—
