Is there any one draft pick who will noticeably improve the team he goes to?  If so, who?  Are the Chiefs better with Joeckel or Fisher at LT than they already are with Albert?  Would Nassib improve the Bills (or any other team) at all?  Will Dion Jordan improve the Eagles or any other team at all?

Which player will have the most positive impact as a rookie on his new team?

Good:  I really dislike having to wait for the first pick of the draft, and this isn't exactly a draft that gets excitement going for the first pick.

@John4 If the Ravens get Ogletree after losing Ray Lewis and Ellerbe.
