Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke fractures left collarbone during brawl with Padres

MLB

Zack Greinke plunking Carlos Quentin during Thursday night’s Los Angeles Dodgers-San Diego Padres game incited a lengthy brawl.

Greinke appeared hurt after the incident and the Dodgers made it official right before the game ended (a 3-2 Dodgers win).

The league should suspend Quentin for the entire season without pay but it still won't rectify the loss to LA.  I hope San Diego fans are proud of Carlos cuz I doubt very few others are outside of his immediate family.  Sure glad my O's did not go after him when the guy was available.  I'll take Chris Davis and Nate McLouth over him anyday...and each is cheaper...and more civil!

Guy who perennially leads the league in getting hit gets plonked on a 3-2 pitch in a 1-run game and charges the mound.  Now, on of LA's two best pitcher is out for weeks and this knucklehead will be playing next week.  When does this nonsense stop?
