In two seasons in the NFL, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert has had four head coaches, three offensive coordinators, and four quarterbacks coaches.

His play hasn’t exactly inspired confidence in the future of the team as he was known as “Blame Gabbert,” as the team sunk to a 2-14 record last season.

Gabbert said the criticism isn’t fair and wishes those who say things about him would speak up.

“It pissed me off quite a bit, just because you learn to trust your coaches because you spend so much time with them. That’s starting now. April 2 through whenever your last game is, you’re with them countless hours every day, six or seven days a week,” Gabbert said to Jaguars.com. “You learn to value their opinion, trust it. It’s a close-knit grip. When you have an anonymous source saying something that couldn’t be further from the truth, it pisses me off. Like I always said, ‘Put your name on it.’”

Gabbert torn his labrum in his non-throwing shoulder and was placed on injured reserve last November, after throwing for 1,662 yards with nine touchdowns and six interceptions last season.

Blaine you are not NFL quality and neither is your team.  THAT should piss you off.

It's hard to play your best when you have zero ability to trust that your foundation is going to be there the following year. Who knows what he can be if his situation at HC and OC stabilize and he's given an honest shot. This is coming from a Titans fan, mind you. His situation is what every high draft pick fears.

Time to get out of Bible thumping Jacksonville,Blaine. The fans wants Tebow and every home games at halftime,Tebow can come out and lead in pray.Blaine, you are a west coast open minded kind of guy.I agree with you, many different coaches and really no talents to play with.I follow you at Missouri and you have a John Elway arm and a NFL arm,but you are not playing for a real pro team. What the old saying"they are just not into you".Time to move on,its only going to get worse for you in Bible thumping South.

Dude wasn't ready, still not ready, for the role of starting QB for an NFL team.  Not every rookie can come in and make a difference let alone a huge difference like RGIII, Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck did, that was a huge anomaly.  Gabbert would be given a huge service if Jags do indeed pick up Matt Flynn and sit and watch for a couple of seasons.

He has that foundation now with Caldwell, Bradley and Fisch. Let's see what he can do. He has an All Pro running back, two good receivers, a good tight end and a good left tackle.

@RobertMcEntyre The "fans" don't want Tebow. It's a contingent of Gator fans and the national media that keep forcing him on us.

@RobertMcEntyre Dude sucks, even if he was a bible thumper he can't make throws. Not that Tebow can, but Gabbert is pretty damn awful.

@Pierre1 I honestly hope he gets a fair shot. He deserves that much. Rival or not, I'd sure like to see the South rise again where all the teams are competitive every week.
