Reports: Jets sign RB Mike Goodson to three-year deal

The New York Jets have signed free-agent running back Mike Goodson to a three-year, $6.9 million deal, according to reports.
The Carolina Panthers drafted Woodson out of Texas A&M in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He was traded to the Oakland Raiders in March of 2012.
He averaged 6.3 yards in 35 carries including a long run of 43 yards, and also had 16 receptions for 195 yards including a 64-yard touchdown in 2012 with the Raiders.
The Jets previously lost running back Shonn Greene to the Tennessee Titans in free agency.
I'm told RB Mike Goodson is "close to signing" a deal with the Jets. #nyj—
