UPDATE: DeAngelo Hall reportedly close to signing with Detroit Lions

Former Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall is considering a free-agent contract with the Detroit Lions according to tweets from Kevin Jones of WUSA9.

The Redskins released Hall Monday in an effort to gain salary cap space.
