Titans keep coach Mike Munchak, fire COO Mike Reinfeldt

Titans owner Bud Adams will keep Mike Munchak as head coach, but has fired senior executive vice president/chief operating officer and former general manager Mike Reinfeldt, according to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean via Twitter.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Munchak may make changes in his coaching staff, including defensive coordinator Jerry Gray.
Munchak, a former Houston Oilers offensive lineman and Titans assistant coach, has two years remaining on his contract after this season’s 6-10 finish and allowing an NFL-worst 465 points. He owns a 15-17 record in his two seasons as head coach.
Reinfeldt, a former Houston Oilers safety, finished his fifth season as the team’s COO among his 14 years with the organization.

As @jwyattsports reported, #Titans coach Mike Munchak is safe, I'm told. All other staff changes? Up in the air. DC change wouldn't shock—
