Michigan’s Tim Hardaway Jr. reportedly cleared to play against N.C. State after head injury
Michigan guard Tim Hardaway Jr. is expected to follow Friday’s NIT Season Tipoff Most Outstanding Player performance by starting against No. 16 N.C. State on Tuesday despite suffering a reported head injury.
Hardaway left Michigan’s 71-57 win over Kansas State in the tournament final at Madison Square Garden late, reportedly passed concussion tests and returned to the bench before the game ended.
Michigan official says Tim Hardaway Jr. passed all concussion tests, just a bump on the head. Should be fine (NC State next week).—
