Dodgers open to Andre Ethier trade, according to report

The Los Angeles Dodgers are “open” to a potential trade for outfielder Andre Ethier, ESPN.com’s Buster Olney reported Monday night via Twitter.
Sources: Dodgers are open to the idea of dealing Andre Ethier. He signed a five-year, $85 million contract during the season.

Olney notes that Ethier recently signed a hefty contract extension, which would make any deal surprising. But the 30-year-old Ethier’s stats took a slight turn down after he signed the contract extension in June.
After signing the contract extension in June, Ethier hit .282 with a .780 OPS. In the two months before, his OPS was about .860. Overall last season, Ethier hit .284 with an .811 OPS.

I think you are trying to make up a story through pure speculation Olney. Stick to the facts and quit trying to start rumors! Jack@$$ reporting!
