Baltimore Ravens All-Pro linebacker Ray Lewis is out for the season after a MRI showed a complete tear of his right triceps, the team announced on Monday.

Lewis, a 17-year veteran, had 17 tackles in Sunday’s 31-29 victory over the Dallas Cowboys before leaving with the injury.

Baltimore is already dealing with losses on defense including cornerback Lardarius Webb, who tore his left ACL and will also miss the entire season. Last season’s AP Defensive Player of the Year Terrell Suggs has not practiced with the team due to a torn Achilles and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata has a minor knee injury.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh declined to speculate on Lewis’ future, saying that is up to Lewis to decide and comment on.

Do you clowns even know what happened in that case?  Lewis was never suspected of murder at all, his two friends that went to trial were found not guilty due to self defense.   Lewis even paid to support the children of the two men killed, something he certainly didn't have to do. Clear racism in this thread.

Mention was made of Jeter breaking his ankle due to Karma. If ever there was a pro athlete who has Karma to pay, it would be this ghetto thug. He deserves to be in prison, not free to make millions playing football.

No justice in the world.

What a shame.  Now he'll have to kill people with his other hand.
