Milwaukee Brewers reliever Francisco Rodriguez was arrested in September for domestic violence and battery, but has not yet been charged a district attorney confirmed to TODAY’S TMJ4 Friday afternoon

Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel said the incident happened in the Town of Wales on September 17, and Rodriguez was arrested the next day.

Rodriguez has a history of family related violence. He was arrested in 2010 for assaulting his father-in-law in the New York Mets clubhouse.

The altercation occurred in the family lounge at Citi Field where relatives were waiting for players after the Mets’ 6-2 loss to the Colorado Rockies. At one point, Rodriguez was outside the lounge yelling before security got him back in the clubhouse, the New York Daily News also reported.

Rodriguez blew up at reporters who tried to talk to him after the game but before he allegedly attacked his father-in-law, the New York Post reported.

The Brewers traded for Rodriguez during the 2011 season to be the team’s setup reliever. He finished the 2012 season with a 4.38 ERA, 72 strikeouts and 3 saves.

What cheap, sensationalistic, crap! With a lead-in from SN, playing on A-Rod's name with a "K-Rod", you all are so low, it is pathetic. If you cannot find anything else to report on as we move into Championship League Series, this year, you should get out of the business!
