Arkansas senior quarterback Tyler Wilson suffered what school officials deemed an “injury above the shoulders” in the first half of the Razorbacks game against Louisiana-Monroe and did not take the field for the second half.

But CBSSports.com tweeted that Wilson had a reported concussion, and Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews also called the injury a concussion during a studio update.

Wilson completed 11 of 20 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. He was replaced by redshirt freshman Brendan Allen.

Arkansas has a tussle with visiting Alabama looming next week, and it goes without saying that the Hogs will need to have Wilson slinging passes to have any chance.
