Report: Top UCLA recruits under NCAA investigation

NCAAB

UCLA’s recruiting violations may go deeper than #2 ranked Shabazz Muhammad. Scout.com reports that fellow freshmen Tony Parker and Kyle Anderson are subject of an NCAA probe into potential recruiting violations by the school. Muhammad was already under investigation for recruiting violations and is currently awaiting a decision on his eligibility.

Scout.com’s report states that another program “turned in evidence of violation in the recruitment of Muhammad, Anderson and Parker.”

Anderson, a 6-8 point forward from Jersey City, NJ, is ranked as the fourth-best recruit in the nation, according to Scout.com. Parker, a 6-8 center from Lithonia, GA, is ranked 20th.
