Report: Texans tackle Rashad Butler out for season

Houston Texans offensive tackle Rashad Butler is out for the season after tearing the triceps in his right arm, reports the Houston Chronicle‘s John McClain.
Butler had lost a competition to start at right tackle and was slated to be a backup.
McClain reports that Andrew Gardner is now slotted into the role of “swing tackle,” though the team could look to add a veteran.
“He had a good camp,” Texans coach Gary Kubiak said. “We’ve got to find a way to work through (Butler’s injury).”
Butler started four games in 2010. He missed the last 14 games of last season after suffering a triceps tear in his left arm.
