Washington Redskins safety Tanard Jackson was told by the NFL that he has been suspended indefinitely with a review after a year for violation of NFL Drug Policy, reports

Jackson, who the Redskins picked up in April, is trying to appeal that decision. Jackson was an original pick out of Syracuse by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft.

Jackson was suspended indefinitely by the NFL for a violation of their substance abuse policy in 2010. It was his second such violation.

Cocaine is a very powerful drug...

I hate to see my Skins lose good players, but three strikes and he should be out.  No druggies.  Period.  He needs to focus on himself and get cleaned up.  Best of luck and prayers for him.
