Report: Mike Wallace to report to Steelers on Tuesday

Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace, who held out through training camp in hopes of landing a new contract, will report to the team on Tuesday, reports NFL.com’s Aditi Kinkhabwala.
Two teammates tell me Mike Wallace is/will be on a plane to Pittsburgh tonight and reporting to the Steelers tomorrow.

There have been previous reports that Wallace was close to returning to the team — without a new deal — but he has yet to sign his $2.742 million tender offer.
Wallace caught 72 passes for 1,193 yards and eight touchdowns last season, earning a Pro Bowl nod. But even if Wallace reports soon, it’s unclear how productive he will be early in the season. Pittsburgh brought in new offensive coordinator Todd Haley, and Wallace will have to adjust to scheme changes.
