Michael Vick injury: Eagles QB exits after banging hand on OL’s helmet





Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick had to leave Thursday’s preseason opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers early in the second quarter after banging his hand against the back of center Jason Kelce’s helmet while making a throw.

NFL Network reported that Vick was sitting on the sideline with his hand in a cup of ice water, and there is a report that he left the field at halftime smiling.
UPDATE: Good news for Eagles fans. Vick’s left hand was X-rayed at halftime, and there were no breaks found.
