Report: Mavericks to re-sign G Delonte West
Despite reportedly drawing interest from the Los Angeles Lakers, free-agent guard Delonte West has decided to return to the Dallas Mavericks, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.com.

West has bounced around a bit in his eight seasons (he has been traded or waived four times), but his versatility and dead-eye shooting have always made him a favorite of coaches.
Last season with the Mavs, West averaged 9.6 points and 3.2 assists in 24 minutes per game but he appeared in only 44 games because of a fractured hand. He signed a one-year contract with the Mavs in December 2011 worth $1.1 million.
