Report: With Kyle Lowry on board, Jose Calderon wants out of Toronto

Sources close to the situation tell Marc Stein of ESPN.com that Toronto Raptors point guard Jose Calderon has asked to be traded now that newly acquired Kyle Lowry has been installed as the team’s starter.
And it sounds as if the Raptors are happy to oblige:
Mark Bartelstein, agent for Calderon, confirms to ESPN that trade talks underway. He & Raps prez Colangelo "working together" to find deal—

Stein writes that Toronto wants to find a trade partner with the cap room to absorb all of Calderon’s $10.6 million salary so that the franchise gets a trade exception for future use.
President Bryan Colangelo said on Wednesday that he had received “multiple inquiries” about Calderon, who averaged 10.5 points and 8.8 assists last season.
