The Orlando Magic have picked up guard J.J. Redick’s option worth $6 million, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Redick, in his sixth year out of Duke University, averaged career highs across the board last season, including points, rebounds, assists and three-point percentage.
Redick, 28, signed a three-year, $19 million deal in July 2010 with the Magic after the Chicago Bulls made him an offer.
Orlando plans to pick up $6M option on final year of J.J. Redick's contract, league sources tell Y! Sports. Magic have until week's end.—
