Syracuse’s Dion Waiters shuts down predraft workouts, may have promise

Multiple outlets are reporting that Syracuse guard Dion Waiters has shut down all predraft workouts and interviews, which usually happens when a prospect has a promise from a team to take him.
Waiters is a fast-rising prospect whom many see as perhaps the best scorer in the class, and Alex Kennedy of HoopsWorld.com reports that league sources speculate that the Toronto Raptors have given Waiters a promise at No. 8. (Of course, on Wednesday there was a report that Toronto is shopping that pick.)
Chad Ford of ESPN.com seconds the Raptors and adds two other possibilities:
Lots of teams buzzing about a Dion Waiters promise. Teams say he's canceled all upcoming workouts. Blazers, Raptors, Suns all suspects—

The Trail Blazers have the sixth and 11th overall picks, while the Suns are at No. 13.
