Sources tell Marc Stein and Chad Ford of ESPN.com that the Toronto Raptors have let teams know that their No. 1 pick — eighth overall — is available for an elite small forward.

Two of the players that the Raptors have targeted: Memphis Grizzlies wing Rudy Gay and Philadelphia 76ers wing Andre Iguodala.

Part of the reason Toronto is willing to give up the pick, sources said, is because its 2011 first-rounder, Lithuanian center Jonas Valanciunas, is expected to join the team in the fall.

Stein and Ford also say that the Raptors conceivably would be willing to include point guard Jose Calderon or power forward Ed Davis in any deal.
