Trainer: Dodgers’ Matt Kemp to miss at least four weeks

Los Angeles Dodgers athletic trainer Sue Falsone told reporters before Thursday’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers that centerfielder Matt Kemp will miss at least four weeks after aggravating his left hamstring, according to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com.

Kemp had just returned to action on Tuesday after missing 14 games with the bum hamstring. He is hitting .355 with 12 home runs and 28 RBIs and was an early MVP candidate before coming up lame the first time. The Dodgers continue to cruise even without Kemp, holding the best record in baseball at 32-18, and rightfielder Andre Ethier leads the NL in RBIs with 44.
