The Los Angeles Angels have fired hitting coach Mickey Hatcher, the team announced Tuesday night.

Hatcher, 57, was in his 13^th season with the Angels. This season, the Angels rank 21^st in the majors with 134 runs scored and are hitting .250 as a team.
