Chicago Cubs Sign Reliever Mike MacDougal
The Chicago Cubs have signed hard-throwing reliever Mike MacDougal, according to Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune.

MacDougal was recently released by the Los Angeles Dodgers after posting a 7.94 Era in seven appearances for the club. Last season he posted a 2.05 ERA in 69 games for the Dodgers.
The hard throwing right hander has served as a closer for the Kansas City Royals and the Washington Nationals in the past. This will be his sixth major league team in 12 seasons.
