Report: Los Angeles Clippers G Chris Paul Will Play Friday

Los Angeles Clipper guard Chris Paul is expected to play Friday despite a hip flexor and injured finger, according to ESPN.com.

Paul injured his hip in the fourth quarter of Wednesday’s game, but insists the injury isn’t severe.

“I felt a little sharp pain in my leg,” Paul told ESPN. “I’ll be all right.”

Clippers F Blake Griffin is also questionable, but there is no word on his current status.
