Aaron Maybin Re-Signs With New York Jets

Linebacker Aaron Maybin confirmed this morning on his Twitter account that he has re-signed with the New York Jets.

Maybin played in 13 games for the Jets last season, registering 11 tackles and six sacks. He also forced four fumbles for New York. He will be entering his fourth season in the league.

The 24-year-old was originally drafted in the first round by the Buffalo Bills, for whom he played his first two seasons in the NFL. In two seasons with Buffalo he totaled 25 tackles and no sacks in 27 games played.
