Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant will miss his fourth consecutive game to rest his injured shin, according to the Associated Press.

Coach Mike Brown made the announcement after the team’s shootaround in advance of Friday night’s game with Denver.

Bryant hasn’t played since April 6, and he missed the entirety of the Lakers’ three-game road trip last week. He is currently leading the league in scoring at 28.1 points per game.

The Lakers are 2-1 in Bryant’s absence.
