Jacoby Ellsbury Exits Game With Right Shoulder Injury

Boston Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury has left Friday’s home opener with a right shoulder injury and will be evaluated further, according to MLB’s official Twitter account.

So far this season, Ellsbury is hitting .192 with no home runs and three RBIs for Boston in six games. Last year, he hit .321 with 32 home runs, 46 doubles, 105 RBIs and 39 steals.
