Cincinnati Bengals Sign Terence Newman





The Cincinnati Bengals have signed cornerback Terence Newman, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Former Cowboys cornerback Terrance Newman officially has agreed to terms with the Bengals.

Newman, 33, had previously played for the Dallas Cowboys for the entirety of his nine-year NFL career. In 14 games for Dallas in 2011 he had 53 tackles and four interceptions.
Newman’s best year came in 2010 when he had a career high 79 tackles and five interceptions.
The Cowboys originally drafted Newman with the fifth overall pick in the 2003 NFL draft out of Kansas State.
