Broncos Receiver Eric Decker Engaged To Country Star Jessie James

Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker popped the question to his country pop-star girlfriend, Jessie James on April Fool’s day, according to Yahoo Sports.

Decker, 25, became a Broncos primary option last season after becoming the target for Tim Tebow, catching a team-high 44 passes and scoring eight touchdowns. However, his season came to an end when he suffered a knee injury in the Broncos playoff win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

James, 23, is a country pop-star who released her debut album in 2009. Last season she showed support for her boo by singing the national anthem before the New York Jets game, which propelled the team to the AFC West title.

The two lovebirds met through a mutual friend, and began dating over the phone.
