T’Wolves C Nikola Pekovic Out With Ankle Injury

Minnesota Timberwolves center Nikola Pekovic will be out several days with an ankle injury, according to the Associated Press. He reportedly is experiencing bone spurs in his ankle.

Pekovic hopes to return Friday against the Boston Celtics.

On the season, Pekovic is averaging 13.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
