Lacey spent the past three seasons with the Colts where he played in 43 games. Last season he recorded 72 tackles, three forced fumbles, and one interception. He is most likely to fill the starting cornerback void now that Eric White has joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Fluellen, appeared in 11 games last season for the Lions, recording 11 tackles and one forced fumble. He has proven to be a valuable asset to the Lions because of his versatility in the defensive line.
