The deadline has passed, but the deals keep coming — the Los Angeles Clippers have found themselves a two-guard, landing Nick Young in a trade with the Washington Wizards according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

The Clips have been in the market for another wing for the last month, as Chauncey Billups underwent season-ending surgery for his torn Achilles tendon on Feb. 15. Randy Foye had been holding down the starting job in Billups’ stead, but the acquisition of Young gives the Clippers another young, athletic player that can score in bunches, possibly as a starter.
Young averaged a career-high 17.4 points per game for the Wizards last year and was holding steady at 16.6 this season despite transitioning into a sixth-man role a few weeks ago.
The 26-year-old is a native of Reseda, Calif., and went to USC, so he should adjust well to life in Southern California.
