According to Josh Yohe of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Letang took a hit to the head from Stars forward Eric Nystrom.
Letang suffered a concussion in late November and just returned to action in January. The 24-year-old defenseman has only played in 39 games this season, scoring 9 goals and 22 assists.
